Our story starts with a few house flips and a lot of hands-on work. From single-family homes to apartment communities, we built our reputation on finding value where others overlooked it. As the markets shifted, so did we, expanding into warehouses, offices, and retail properties that power local business growth.

By 2022, we rebranded from Druid City Properties to Right Space Commercial to reflect who we had become: a company focused entirely on commercial real estate. What began in Tuscaloosa is now a growing operation serving multiple markets across Alabama and even Florida.

Construction has been part of our DNA from day one, giving us the ability to find, fix, and fill spaces faster than anyone else. With more than 700,000 square feet under management, we continue to build on what works—smart investments, honest communication, and properties that move the market forward.

As our company grows, we’re also partnering with other property owners who want help leasing or managing their commercial spaces. It’s a natural extension of what we already do, bringing our find-it, fix-it, fill-it process to properties we don’t own but care for as if we do.
